End-user license terms for BizDeskSoft desktop software.

1. License Grant

BizDeskSoft grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software during the active subscription period according to the purchased plan.

2. Plan Limits

Usage is limited by the plan selected, including users, companies, active sessions, modules, and subscription validity. Trial and demo licenses may have additional restrictions.

3. Ownership

The software, website, license engine, user interface, source code, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of BizDeskSoft or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.

4. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, rent, lease, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass license validation, remove notices, or use the software beyond the allowed plan limits.

5. Customer Data

Business data entered into the desktop software remains the customer's responsibility. Customers should maintain regular backups, secure access to office systems, and verify data before statutory filing or reporting.

6. Updates

Updates may be provided during the subscription period. Some updates may require internet access, license validation, or installation of a newer version.

7. Termination

The license may be suspended or terminated if the subscription expires, payment fails, the license is misused, or these terms are violated.
