BizDeskSoft uses the website for licensing, demo requests, payments, customer lookup and support. GCRS is designed so GST working data can be stored locally or on your office server instead of being uploaded to the website.
01Website data: customer name, email, mobile, orders, license details, payment status and support tickets.
02Desktop data: company GSTIN, purchase, sales, portal files, ITC, RCM, reports and audit records stored in the selected local/offline data location.
03License checks: activation can validate plan, expiry, company limit, user limit and active sessions.
04GST portal: captcha and OTP are not bypassed. User completes required portal security steps manually.
Customer Responsibility
Security also depends on office practices.
Keep license keys private, create named users, maintain regular backups, restrict shared-folder permissions and avoid sharing GST portal credentials with unauthorized staff.

3Limit access to the shared office data location
4Review audit logs before closing periods
Important Boundary
GCRS helps prepare working papers and reconciliation reports. Final GST filing, tax position, data review and statutory interpretation remain the responsibility of the customer and their professional advisor.
