2. Products and Licenses

BizDeskSoft provides business software products including GST Compliance & Reconciliation System and future software products listed on this website. Software is licensed, not sold. Access is subject to the plan, validity period, company limits, user limits, and active session limits shown at purchase or activation.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering correct purchase, GST, company, contact, and billing information. Customers must maintain backups of business data, protect login credentials, and ensure that uploaded/imported data is accurate.

4. Compliance Use

Our software helps prepare working papers, reconciliation reports, audit records, and compliance review data. Final filing, tax position, statutory interpretation, and professional judgment remain the responsibility of the customer and their advisor.

5. Payments

Paid plans are charged as displayed on the pricing or checkout page. Payment confirmation may be handled by a payment gateway. A license may be issued only after successful payment verification, unless a demo or manual waiver is approved.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, tamper with license validation, misuse demo licenses, attack the website, access admin endpoints without authorization, or use the software for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability

We try to keep the website, license portal, and software services available, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, payment gateway issues, or third-party service problems.
